- Assistance to Nationals - this section helps Filipinos who face trouble with the law, for various ATN cases such as detention, hospitalization, shipment of remains, whereabouts, and financial support from next-of-kin.
- Labor Issues: the Labor Attache, leading the Philippine Overseas Labor Office and OWWA-Jeddah, looks after the welfare and protect the rights of workers who have problems related to delayed and unpaid salaries and other benefits, contract substitution, repatriation.
